Gorgeous brand-new place with magnificent location right by the Rossio train station and the Castle. Excellent room, good-sized bathroom. Lovely bed, a storage and nice wooden floor. Perfectly pleasant experience and very very helpful staff.

We all had a really enjoyable stay in this nicely renovated and comfy hotel. Well-appointed room with good lighting, attentive stuff - everything was perfect. It was in the heart of Lisbon, and just close to a large square. The property was walking distance to a museum and a castle.

The staff promptly addressed my queries and were really good too ensure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious with a high ceiling, tasteful decor, and a very comfortable bed. The easy access to public transportation made my commute very efficient.
Breakfast options could be improved.

Excellent central location.
The bathroom was a disaster. It flooded during showers and the temperature was inconsistent. The air conditioning wasn't working properly. The surroundings felt unsafe with noise and parties going on all night.

Perfect location in Lisbon!
Staying here was awesome! The location is spot on, super close to the metro and the famous tram. The room was spacious, and the bed? OMG, the comfiest! Staff were chill and gave us a special treat for my birthday. Only thing was we wished for more toilet paper, just a little annoying. Loved the special diet menu!

a very dark and noisy room even though we got a suite - just cant imagine staying in a normal room. when we came down for breakfast at 9.30 (serving till 10) there was literally nothing left but bread and butter. we asked the waitress to bring us something but she said there was nothing more because it was late. until after going to the reception with complains the food miraclously appeared on the tables. I have no idea where did the "creative" part of the name come from - the design is very poor.
